Leverage Government's PENJANA KERJAYA Hiring Incentive Upskilling And Reskilling Program To Future-proof Talents In The Economic Uncertainties Post-COVID-19
As of November 2020, there were more than 90,000 job losses reported to Socso.
The chaotic response to the Covid-19 has hit business hard. The virus is super lethal that it has forced more than 30,000 businesses in Malaysia to shut its door.
The road to business recovery caused by COVID-19 is bumpy.
The Malaysia government under the Pelan Jana Semula Ekonomi Negara (PENJANA) / Short-Term Economic Recovery Plan announced the Hiring Incentive Program (Penjana Kerjaya) which is an economic recovery initiative under the Ministry of Human Resources, administered by Social Security Organization’s (Socso) Employment Services to promote job creation among employers while increasing employment prospect.
Organizations are encouraged to take advantage of the assistance provided to jump-start their automation and digitalization journey while braving the MCO and post-MCO economic climate uncertainties.
